Improvement

Making good strides on form and focusing on doing it right over pounding heavier weights. Today was centered around a couple of circuits of 10 reps and then 8 reps. Bench press went much better today versus the faulty rotation I had earlier in the week. Shoulders in great shape.

I need to watch out on the side raises. 20 kg is a bit high for me right now, weight down to 15 kg and focus on the slow hold bringing the weight up only once I've got it down solid.

For tricep extensions, I'm working on each side *separately* as opposed to the two-arm approach. I've done this at the advice of a fellow gym-mate when I told him my left tricep was significantly weaker than the right. 

Next week, I need to remember to improve sidestep lunges as well. Perhaps adding weight to the mix.

Forgot to mention that during the leg exercises, need to wear appropriate shorts that allow unfettered leg movement throughout the exercise. Otherwise, adjusting clothing during the exercise is going to reduce its efficiency.

This week: no HiiT/Abs. Bring it back next.
