HiiT Working Better

In addition to the strength improvements, the HiiT workout is going much better as well. I'm able to maintain the cycle of full speed / low speed throughout the full 20 minutes. When I first started, it was very difficult for me to keep up and carry through. I now wear my wrist watch while I'm running and check it for the one minute intervals with warm up / cool down on both ends of the run. If I dare, maybe I can run the stairs in my 20-floor building.
