Not sure if THR/HRR can really get down that low unless I go extremely slow on the jog. Exercising outside makes this difficult since one has a natural tendency to get where one is going as soon as comfortably possible.
I ran once last week in Oregon. Originally, I had thought about running while we were up at the cabin, but lack of shoes and will stopped me from going out. Back here in Oregon, I did run on Monday and will be going out again today. My jog target is about 35 minutes, but if I go slow enough this can lengthen out.
I may throw in HIIT at some point this week. Perhaps tomorrow.
Still feel weird in the lower rib near the sternum .. I have a doctors appointment on Friday morning to talk about this and figure out what to do.
