So, with Chinese New Years and the very cold weather, my running schedule has been shot to pieces. Today was my first day back after 9 - 10 days off and the weather was superb for running.

I ran 9 laps in 61 minutes. It was the longest jog I've been through since I started this program six months ago. I'm traveling to the US over the next few days, so I need to figure out how to adapt my exercise during the next few. The biggest obstacle is laundry.
