Still running, but not as consistent

I either gained weight or the machine isn't all that accurate. Probably both are a problem. This last month has been a combination of Thanksgiving and Christmas .. I didn't show a lot of restraint, apparently. However, it's something I am aware of and makes me feel even more committed to get rid of it.

This week, I'm gonna check out Techbody Gym to see how I can start a good strength training regimen.

Today was rainy and cold, but I still went out for 5 laps at 35 minutes. No stopping and hitting 90 to 95% of max heart rate, which is strange .. I need to lower that by at least 10 points, but it seems so ridiculously slow if I do so. HRR is doing well. So, my vagal reactivation is good.

Endurance goals are being met. Need weight down. THR down. More HRR spread. Better muscle tone. Etc. etc.
