I'm starting over. Two months of coughing really put a dent into my program. My eating habits changed and I'm likely back to where I was at before I began the program. One thing I have going for me is that my previous weight loss of 2kg seems to have held.
Today I ran 2.5 segments in 15 minutes. As I rebuild my endurance, I'll push past 20 minutes.
For diet, my focus is to just drink water and Jús. That's it. As for eating, stay away from unhealthy snacks eating often, but less. In a few weeks, I'll come up with something more concrete. However, I'd like to focus on bringing up metabolism as a primary goal with decreasing caloric intake as a secondary goal. This will allow me to eat more of what I want to rather than to get anxiety about every bite.
